If you have a problem with another player/user

Since this bears repeating, please pay careful attention to this message.

If you feel that a player/user has violated the Terms of the official forums of Shakes and Fidget The Game, or of Shakes and Fidget the Game, henceforth to be referred to collectively as "S&F," then there are several actions which are required. All reports of wrong doing are treated as false unless the following conditions are met.

1. Proof is required. Some examples of how proof may be acquired include but are not limited to a screen shot of the in-game alleged violation, a web address (e.g. url) of the alleged offending act/material/image/etc., and/or through a records check available to the S&F staff upon request in cases of alleged multiple accounting, etc.

2. The proof must then be sent to either support@sfgame.us (e-mail) if the alleged violation(s) was in-game or on the forums, or it may be sent as a Private Message, henceforth referred to as a "PM," to any forum moderator if the alleged violation(s) has occurred on the official S&F forums.

After the above conditions have been met and the S&F staff has had a chance to confirm that the alleged violation(s) have occurred, then appropriate punitive action shall be taken as per the S&F standard operating procedures. The reporting party(s) will be notified of action having been taken upon request.

Please note that the staff of S&F will NEVER request your password, e-mail address, or personal information. For instructions on how to obtain a screen shot of an alleged violation(s), please see the following guide which has been provided by various sources online including the personal methods of the S&F staff.

If Using Mac OS X
Hold down the APPLE [Command] and SHIFT keys
Press 4 to get a "Crosshairs" so you can select just a section of the screen you want a picture of.
Press the space bar after you press 4 if you want it to automatically size the picture so that it perfectly matches the window your cursor is over. After you press the space bar, a camera icon should come up.
The resulting file will be placed on your desktop, named Picture X.pdf for versions of 10.3 or earlier and Picture X.png for 10.4 and later (could also end in .jpg).

Further assistance is available online and on these forums upon request if possible.
