This is presumably to make up for the issues last week. They said they'd only do it once every 4-5 weeks.
Yeah, looking forward to seeing what else they're going to bring us! Mini-Oktoberfest is almost certainly going to be one and hmm... mushrooms on every battle? 5x experience? One random epic in the store each refresh? All very plausable and all would be very welcome!
