Default s & f survey flaw

I just thought I should point out that there is a flaw in the survey that should be fixed. The survey asks 3 questions about support:

1) have you ever used support?
2) did they fix the problem?
3) how long did it take?

All three are mandatory. That means that if you have never used support, you are still required to respond to questions on if support fixed your problem and how long it took. Either the 2nd and 3rd questions should be made non-mandatory, or an option "I've never used support" should be added. Otherwise the information you get will be gibberish. You cannot submit the survey without clicking on an answer.
