6 Scout Colsnail 18 198 198 198 395 296.
Bolded section (18) represents level of the pet?
These stats 198 198 198 395 296 seem a little big for this level. Are those base stats or cumulative ones (base stats + pack bonus)?
If those are base stats, then tier 6 pets are definitely great choice for next upgrade.
I think those might be the stats of the pets when you fight them and not what they are at when you get them.

Thank you for your input.
I made a mistake in formula, it should be ok now.
Stats of pet habitat monsters are definitely increased as supposed to normal pets.

I did some Excel on my own and I'll give u an advice - if you chose 3rd pet I recommend upgrading them till you'll get to 8th or even 9th pet, matter would be different if you would go for 1st pet then you could switch at 6th or 7th, sooner is a waste of resources - time and fruits.

But that's all me, just dropping my conclusions, don't take it for granted I'll investigating my data even further

#edit: I forgot one thing which affect our strategy above all! Time specific pets! Each element have different times so going for particular attribute may be harder for some, in my case it's Int so I'll stall for a couple of months and when I focused 1st pet I should invest upcoming resources in 5th as 6th and further are Summer, Fall, Winter. By the time of June I, probably, get access to 10th as I'll pass Spring for 9th, so, yeah, strategy gets more complex

Cheers!

I agree. Time specific pets will slow things down.

In this chart I've compared stats for first 10 tiers of pets. For first 6 sets, I have somewhat clear data, but based on pattern, I could say that tiers 7-10 will be somewhat similar.
If this is correct, then pet on first tier with lvl 26 will have about the same attributes as the lvl 8 pet on tier 10.
My strategy is to focus on clearing habitat as fast as possible.
So far, I have been upgrading only 3 tier pets and it has worked just fine.
I think that gap between those pets and habitat monsters will increase over time. Turning point will be when newest pet requires less food than current one in order to defeat habitat.
Somehow i think that will be between 13th and 15th pet ( in case of upgrading only tier 3 pets).
Cheers

not sure I fully follow this. Looks like level 7 pets which are level 22 should require a level 3 pet of level 30 to beat them. My level 32 pyrophybus isn't close to beating level 22 kokofire. Stats aren't even close.

Is this what you mean when you talked about the difference between explored pets and collected pets?

Yes. When fighting against pets in habitat, they have roughly 30% increased base attributes, so this chart doesn't apply to them.
This chart should at least provide you answer regarding how much levels you have to upgrade your current pet in order to defeat next habitat monster or maybe upgrading your newest unlocked pet with get you there faster.

The thing is, pattern on 6th pet gets different - it should get Increase of 7;8 7;8 7;8 15 12 instead of 8 8 8 16 12

Pattern would go like this
Code:
6th
Str	Dex	Int	Con	Lck
7;8	7;8	7;8	15	?

7th
Str	Dex	Int	Con	Lck
8	8	8	16	?

8th
Str	Dex	Int	Con	Lck
8;9	8;9	8;9	17	?

9th
Str	Dex	Int	Con	Lck
9	9	9	18	?

10th
Str	Dex	Int	Con	Lck
9;10	9;10	9;10	19	?
With stats of 6th pet I assume stat increase is not that linear as I thought and gaps will be even bigger so difference won't be 2 lvls and this part gets tricky, for me especially, as I have 21L in 1st Int pet and it wont carry me over 10th with loss of resources, not when I poured 7 apples to 3rd in the beginning - I'll probably jump straight to 6th if I'll managed to get it soon enough. I think that jumping on 13~15th pet might be too late when carried by 3rd, but thats me

And well, you are right with all and that turning point

On 6 tier pets, increase is 8 8 8 16 12.
Yep, it should be 7,8, 15,10, but it isn't.
I'm curretly thinking about switching from tier 2 pet that I've upgraded to lvl 22 to upgrading tier 6 pet. Stat difference is substantial.
