FYI:

Bain got his 10000 on Friday last.

And I finished mine today.

Now I'm off to the Top 10!

Well, I had a go at you, but since we got along, it didn't feel right.

Have a natural reluctance attacking people I know (to whatever extent) and accept as decent, friendly, or anything along those lines...
Or very sensitive.

Or, um... well, those that tend to send an insulting tirade filled with expletives and such... I'll leave them without a qualifier, as that group and subject is very complex...
(Both counselling and reporting are a time-consuming hassle, neh? And verbal duels - especially when your one opponent turns into a gang, one complaining, another accusing, a third one condescending, the fourth one... huh... where was I?... Oh, right: it's such a drag. )

So I don't bother much with attacks, unless they attack us, character or guild. At which point I might attack, as in PvP - I don't attack verbally - this is a PvP game after all, not a verbal fencing/assault/abuse game, right?...

But then it's just 'returning the favour,' really, if I can be bothered.
I may be up to returning such favours, if I'm testing equipment options, or in a frisky mood, with some time and mushies to waste.

For instance: if a guild's lower-ranking players attack us - especially repeatedly - well, I might go after the same guild's higher-ranking players.
More of a challenge, and greater rewards (actually, countering those attackers' attacks would net me 0 rewards, as they're below the 950 'honor' threshhold, and honour dumping... meh, not my cup of tea atm *shrug*).

If I waste time on attacks (and mushrooms, sometimes; no patience waiting on absolutely everything in this game, like playing 'Wait for the Bus/Taxi/Your Life to Drain' - if I wait, while I have other things to do, I get wrapped up in those; end up forgetting or ignoring the waiting game), it may as well be for something - some rewards, even if it's only a few thousand pieces of gold, and 200 points of 'honor.'

[edit] Hmm... Is this post useful? Possibly... Probably not?...
Hey, "I aim to please." Only the first two lines were meant to make up this entire post! "Devil made me do it."

I know, but it was ~1am, and I was reading Bullbound's response, and I could just picture the look of incredulity on his face as he typed, and it tickled my funny bone.

I really couldn't stop laughing.

But you are right, it was excessive. I will go back and edit it.
