The policy of the game is "let's try to keep the game entertaining for as many people as possible so they will keep playing, keep buying mushrooms, and keep the money rolling in". If you think they have any higher or lower motive, you're fooling yourself

It's unfair because it's a non-renewable resource. You can only do a dungeon once. The epic you can buy at any time. It doesn't matter if you previously skipped epics, you can still buy a new epic whenever you want.

The epic weekend was also an event for everyone. Everyone could take advantage of it. Shroomers more, of course, but that's always the case.

Exp weekend is also for everyone, everyone gains the extra exp.
Double exp for dungeons would ONLY be to those that still have saved up dungeons. That's why it is unfair.
It would also, as a stand-alone, be a really dull weekend. I think the purpose of the bonus weekends is to get people to play more. Even if you saved up a month's worth of dungeons, "dungeon bonus weekend" could be over in an hour with a handful of mushrooms.

Speaking of not fair things : At lvl 281 I get less guild battle xp than 250+ toon. That is not fair too, but still part of the " lets allow players to catch up with higher level players " strategy. So why shouldnt that dungeon xp be dependable on xp weekend. Me saving dungeons is only way to catch up with higher levels.
Its not my fault you allready did them and I didnt.
Game should allow it for me to catch up with you guys somehow. Period :P

Diminishing exp is something EVERYONE has to deal with at one point or another. Everyone will get stuck at a certain level, suddenly going much much slower.

Double exp for dungeons would only affect those that still have dungeons to do.

It really isn't that hard a concept to grasp.

Edit: Didn't notice the :P. If you were merely being sarcastic, you did a good job at it.

Get off your soapbox, George. You're so caught up that you're reading this argument completely backwards. This time things are actually IN YOUR FAVOR.

For me, it would be a choice when to do the dungeon.

You can CHOOSE to do a dungeon outside of the XP weekend, or you can choose to wait until XP weekend...
That would only be fair on a new server, where everyone has that choice. If they suddenly started double exp-ing dungeons, then the choice is taken out of your hands.

Hey guys, I think every dungeon should give us 100 shrooms for each attempt...wait, no arguments? lol, seems I can't start a riot as easily as you can. ^^

Also my sense of humor could use some work, no doubt.
