Default s & f survey flaw

I just thought I should point out that there is a flaw in the survey that should be fixed. The survey asks 3 questions about support:

1) have you ever used support?
2) did they fix the problem?
3) how long did it take?

All three are mandatory. That means that if you have never used support, you are still required to respond to questions on if support fixed your problem and how long it took. Either the 2nd and 3rd questions should be made non-mandatory, or an option "I've never used support" should be added. Otherwise the information you get will be gibberish. You cannot submit the survey without clicking on an answer.

Default s & f survey flaw

The funny thing is, if one reports to support on certain issues, it is not ever known if the issues are resolved.
For example, take..ME. I am harassed by several members of an opposing guild on s3, including many instances that have actually led me to consult attorneys. Supposedly the issues are resolved. Yet it continues. However, according to SnF rules, the person filing a support case may not ever know if an issue is resolved if it involves another player.
Right then and there, the survey results will take a hit (at least from me).
My suggestion in the survey was to at least get an auto-generated email once the case is closed saying the issue is resolved. Otherwise, we never know..and only assume it is not resolved or the mods/support staff dont care, or are simply giving preferential treatment to friends/shroomers/specific guilds or servers..etc.

Survey thread here.

Gynx the easiest way to see if something is done:
check quest number and working hours - if no progress

From my history doing this monitoring and asking for "why" - magic happened, though not on the US servers, but somewhere else motivation was low.

times for harassments:
I don't know the official time table for 1st time and later multiple times.
Character Box wars where resolved with 12h to 72h for the involved players
(If interested in the distribution over different accounts (4 guilds, all Top 25) - ask for a PN)

Playa Games does not divulge when people are banned. Let's not forget that there are two sides to every story.

I do agree that there should be follow-up emails for when tickets are closed and a notification to accounts when they have been banned with the reason for the ban. Both to inform and educate. These suggestions to improve the Support system have been brought up to Playa, but it remains a non-critical goal.

Please keep the feedback on topic and not specific to any particular case.

PS: Nearly ever ticket receives a response in addition to the automated message.

Nope, spiny norman. You can click the link and see the current survey and options even if you have completed it.

*EDIT*
And the link posted into Gynx's post is wrong. The survey is here with the announcement here.

And if you were not sure whom was receiving the survey or whom had put it together, there is your answer too. 's improvement team once again is a single person, iTZKooPA.
*EDIT.*
Oh, and the ranking could go either of the following ways. It could go A, B, C, D, E or each of the items could get a numerical assignment. The "most entertaining (5) to the least entertaining (1)" and "most enjoyable (7) to the least favored (1)" both have numbers which are used for numerical rankings (e.g. on a scale of 1-5....) but the second of 1-7 following 1-5 indicates the individual items should be rearranged.
