i wonder if s&f will consider this idea, i hope its really cool. this is one of the best ideas i've read and it would be great to have another slot to increase your stats plus they could get really creative with making pets.

Default PETS

I think to add a new dimension to the game we need a new features.
I'd like us to have a new button next to our armor button. If you click it you will
go to new screen kinda like your character screen only for your pet.
Here's the good part your pet may be any monster you have defeated.
Like when you kill a monster just like how a shroom randomly pops up
a green flag could randomly pop up, telling you that the defeated monster wants
to follow you.
your pets could give you bonuses to, like +HP, +TfA, +EXP, +damage, +gold
or l just defeated the Dragon of Darkness from the dungeons I'd like it to cut
travel time even more like Darkness Dragon should boost any mount by 10% at least.
the possibilities are endless

My idea of pets was more like monster collecting but the spirit is the same

Default Guild Pets

What if each guild could get a unique monster to help them with guild battles? There would be a variety to choose from and you could name yours once you got it. I'm thinking you could only have one though. In order to level it up maybe it could be like the instructor, fortress, and treasure bonuses taking donated gold and shrooms to level up, or maybe people could feed unwanted items to it and it would gain a small percentage of whatever bonuses the fed item had. This second option would allow more influence in how it'd grow. Just throwing some ideas around.

*Edit* As an after thought maybe there could be a certain persentage to make it so that we could have quest/dungeon monsters be our pets. As an addition to buying them from a new shop.
