Default time change S2

I see they changed time on S2 (good thing for a us server to be in us time)
But now my arena fight have a 8h wait.
I paid a mushroom to get rid of it but right after 1 attack the timer went back to 8h before next attack

I have exactly the same problems, including in the dungeons.

Oh the down side, I won't be able to get more thirst until two in the morning here. That's frustrating...

I think I have some guild mates with a similar problem. I know I had to cancel my guard duty to be able to quest before work. As long as it hits everybody, it seems fair. Would be nice to be able to get wasted mushrooms back, though.

I have the same problem with the arena wait time... Just used a mushroom but the time now isnt 10min, it is the same before using the mushroom.. about 6h or so.

I set both my s1 and s2 characters for 10 hours and now i have 6 more hours of city guard work, with out extra pay,which is only fair for overtime.

Why did they change it again, all this changing is really getting agitating. They shifted it once and then changed it back, so why change it -again-? also, why was this change put in while the head admin is away? isn't that a decision that he'd need to make?

I don't think anyone makes the same mistake twice without thinking about the consequences.

I'm thinking they're going to pay us back this weekend, hopefully.

galdon, the developers and the admin team are two different groups. As for why the use of mushrooms has not reset the timers like they are supposed to, that will take some investigating. My advice for now is to not spend any mushrooms and we'll all just have to wait and see what happens.

Ah, ok.

As for why the mushrooms didn't work, I have a good guess; from what I have heard, everything works on time stamps rather than count downs. In most probability, it time stamped when he can fight again, and there is probably a piece of code that tells it to disregard time stamps in the arena that are earlier than the current stamp, so the incorrect time is stuck until he passes it.
