But PVP, They have FULL health..
While in Team/guild battles they have 1/2 or less..
Let them sleep with no Armour, no anything, and let me...

However Scouts have 50% chance to dodge a non-mage attack. That is the reason Scouts shine in extreme situations and are generally better for Dungeons....

And waiting till level 300? is a waste then you can have a 50/50 in...
