As far as I can tell, the stat growth on each pet is equal to 50% of the pet's level 1 stats. So for me, the main thing I'm interested in is the level 1 stats for each pet.

Thanks for all the information though

I used my pets to calculate additional stats for pets:

weapon damage for warriors: 2 + 2 x level
so a level 1 warrior has a weapon damage of 4, while a level 100 warrior has a weapon damage of 202

weapon damage for scouts: FLOOR(3 + 2.5 x level)
weapon damage for mages: CEILING(4 + 4.5 x level)

where FLOOR is a function that always rounds down decimals, and CEILING always rounds up decimals.

Additionally, one must account for the increase in health that scales with level

Edit: I wrote a simple excel program that takes as inputs the pet class, level, and tier for two pets and shows their stats in battle against each other.

Level 20 pet, tier 9, against level 44 pet, tier 3 (same class):

A level 26 pet at tier 9 is about as strong as a level 44 pet, tier 3 (same class):

A level 29 pet at tier 9 is about as strong as a level 44 pet, tier 3 (different class):

I've started upgrading level 9, 10, and 11 pets and think it was a mistake.

I assumed that I would be getting most of my fruit from quest drops, but recently this has not been the case. I trained 320 minutes saturday, sunday, and monday and had drops of 4, 4, and 3 pieces of fruit. So far today I've trained 160 minutes with only 1 fruit drop. Maybe I'm just in an unlucky drought, but I don't think so. I dumped all my items and gems and had my inventory overflowing with fruit before: I was feeding secondary pets because my primary pets were full and I had no more space. Right now I have one piece of fruit in my inventory.

Why is this relevant? Because if only 4 pieces of fruit are going to drop per day, then the 5 potential pieces from PvP become crucial to leveling my pets. When I started leveling my secondary pets I figured I would potentially fall behind and start losing some battles but that as soon as my level 9, 10, and 11 pets bulked up I would jump ahead of those still leveling their level 3 pets. But that's not going to happen if no fruit is dropping from quests. Instead of winning 5 battles a day PvP, now I'm only winning 2-4. And until my level 9-11 pets surpass their level 3 companions I'm not going to beat any more habitats.

As long as PvP remains the main potential source for fruit, leveling first generation pets all the way to 100 would appear to be the winning strategy.

Has anyone else noticed diminished fruit drops from quests?

Same situation over here.
I have started losing most of my pet battles so my food income has decreased drasticaly. And with using 100 thirst daily, it will take some time till my pets are strong enough to beat tier 3 pets with levels above 60.
Not to mention that it will take some more time beat next levels of habitat.
Looks like I'll have to wait some time to drop ranks in Pet hall of fame untill I can reach steady income of fruits in battles.
Further problems are strength of pet habitat monsters. Their strength increases dramaticaly and I dont think that tier 9 or 10 pets are strong enough to beat them, even at lvl 100.

My observation is you don't need to stay competitive in Pets HoF to get 100% pvp loot, you see, if you fall behind a little, like in range 10-50 then you get easier targets and thus more fruits. At the moment of writing my pets stats are

And as you can see I have pretty much a playground there:
Water: pumping up starter pet;
Light: switched to 4th early as 1st was only 16pLvl;
Earth: obvious progress to me - 9th pet as other are tougher in terms of unlocking via 1st pet and timespan restrictions;
Shadow: pumping starter pet (it goes better than Water, no wonder);
Fire: switched to 8th as I didnt wanted to share path of Water/Shadow, just a different path in this playground

So, back to the topic of looting fruits, you see, all this infos from me up here are to show Im not competitive shroomer and yet I have over 80% success of pvp loot from Pet Release.
266k players on my server, obviously not 100% is active;
Fortress HoF shows ~4000 is active or have tried Fortress Update;
Pet Update - 1200 players.
Im 11th on Pet HoF with 4300 honor while 1st have 5800 honor, 50th has 3000 and 100th has 2400. I repeat, Im not competitive shroomer and yet my pvp success rate is ~90% and was ~60% when Pet Update was released, conclusions are simple to me - pumping steroids on starter pet might get you top5 but wont carry you on habitat, just check my pLvls above, Shadow took me additional ~13 blackberries to unlock 10th Shadow pet for me while 9th Earth pet was unlocked on 48 pLvl, with "linear" thinking and calculating I fear 2nd pet of 100 pLvl will unlock at most 14th pet, for some this might be enough, but for me it is not, I have played many strategy and RPG games and my mind guides me this way as I posted pic above.

Answering you question - I did not felt the difference in quest loot till update release

I think Playa plans additional source of looting fruits, we just need to wait a couple of weeks.

Cheers!

Thank you.

Those two are as I had predicted, based on the trend.

My predictions for the remaining pets:
Pet #15: Level 1 primary stat: 160
#16: 200
#17: 240
#18: 280
#19: 320
#20: 400
