Always On randomly reset?

I had 10 or 11 days in that achievement and today when I looked its back to 1.
I don't close the game unless im restarting computer (every few days),in other words im always on.
..any idea what could've caused it?

It is not about having your computer on but if you actively play every day.

i do quests,guidl attacks,portals,fortress attacks,pet attacks. witch,blacksmith,dungeons,toilet.
its going up now again, but wanted to see if I can avoid repeating it.

Maybe it was a bug or caused by a server reset. Hope it works now.

This is what just happened: im watching this achievement for 2 characters. there was just servers reset. one character lost its progress,seems to happen after the reset. this character also donated daily to guild bank. other has not been donating anything. also relogged first character and Always On now shows 1 day,was 0 moment ago. maybe it has to do with resets,or maybe something t do with donating to guild. im not going to donate anything on 2nd toon just in case till it gets achievement.
