A few months ago, Phoenix did a show at Madison Square Garden. I didn't go because the tickets were sold out and I didn't feel like paying for marked up tickets from a reseller. I found out a little after the show Daft Punk showed up for the encore and I've been really bummed about that ever since....

No one else I've talked to knows who Phoenix is. Good taste!!

Dump that book. i started it..as did my father. He made it about 50 pages..I got somewhere around 125 before saying it was complete sh-te. To this date and to the best of my knowledge, it is the book I've ever not finished that I started.

I finished it a few weeks ago! I thought we were talking past tense.... Anyway, I liked it, but I *really* liked all the old timey slang that was in the book. My new favorite phrase came from that book: "Why the Friday face? These are bully times!" It makes me laugh because it seems to me a Friday face should be a good thing.

So, Gynx, why don't you go stubble your red rag! (Another quality phrase from that book!)

It's a phrase from the 1860s! Who even knows what a red rag even meant back then!

No ill intent was meant with that and certainly no menstrual joke was meant to be implied, either. All the same, I'm sorry if it offended.

Yeah, but all the same, I *should* have thought that through because you're right, it is rude and could be offensive. So, I'm still sorry and you can't stop me!
