Everything the German support does, fixes and changes is sent to our internal email and is then posted in all other forums. Bugs and feedback are collected by local community managers and forwarded to Playa. It does not matter if you complain to me or to the German support. It won't change how fast bugs are fixed. The only difference is that support that is not responsible for your country might get upset because you don't talk to whom you should contact....in this case it is me.

Therefore, feel free to post suggestions, report bugs and post whatever you like but please do so in your local forum...and talk to the community manager who is responsible for you.

The Playa staffs talks to each other all week long, which ensures every feedback is forwarded to the person in charge.
If I can't help you no other Playa community manager can. We are a team, it does not matter if you report the same bug to your local community manager or others as well BUT it makes things more complicated as you don't accept internal structures and responsibilities.

That's fair, I posted this bug report in the US Forum and in the German Forum at the same time, 8 weeks ago.

I can't post in the German Forum anymore and I'm torn on this.

That being said, when can we expect a bug fix?

I tried Plains of Oz'Korr 19 times this weekend. 10 during the day, 9 during the night. I received 0 eggs, 1 fruit and 2 items. I made sure each quest did not already have an item reward.

Based on this, I'm reporting this as a bug. Please pass this on to the Developers.

The coder fixed the bug that prevented people from finding Armoruck, but made a mistake. Now you find

The issue has already been forwarded. Make sure to find the pet if you already unlocked it. Sorry for the inconvenience, I know it is embarrassing but maybe not that bad as the 1st of April pet can be acquired now and Armoruck will be available during the next gold event. The issue will be fixed until then.

Yeah it is embarrBssing to say the least since this has been an issue for what 3+ months. but yeah better to have a chance at a pet that it only open to get 1 day a year then no pet at all.

what sucks is the one scout I have doesn't have the pet open and wont for awhile other 2 I got it today but they r both warriors. go figure.
