lol, not really. My current toon in s1 is a product of gold leveling, exp leveling, and hybrid leveling. And I've done dungeon saving and dungeon burning and hybrid between the two, all on the same account. I did a lot of experimenting while leveling, and the game doesn't punish you too heavily for it.

That said, you're still free to make a new toon and *cough* join someone's guild in s1. lol.

oh and like he said it is never too late I did mixture on the first 2 servers I started playing on I am currently ranked 20th on s3 and rank between 1st-6th

your new character will never catch your current character if you switch to an experienced-based strategy and train them both. So why delete the first character?

You can not have 2 characters on the same server, spiny. However, every server has guilds with good bonuses that are willing to take players. Just altering your strategy can still pay off. When folks started playing on the US servers, few of us understood stats. We altered our buying and now many of us have been in the lead at one time or another.

Imagine you have a weak but high level hero, and imagine your best friend invited you to his birthday party.
You say with your self: Im going to birthday party and I think after 8 hours Im coming back home so my hero should work for 8 hours.
But what if after party your friend ask you to please stay at night? You want to tell him sorry I have a weak hero in S&F and I have to come back home before hes work done or someone rob my golds?
