Default Cannot move account to other email

Hi,

after a long long break i have decided to return to this game

Unfortunately i do not use the email address on which my account it was registered. I play on server 2 US. I want to move it to my current email address but i had another account registered on there too (on S1 US) . I have already deleted that account but the game wont let me switch. What can i do?

You can have multiple accounts registered to the same e-mail address, as long as they are NOT on the same server. I hope it helps you to keep playing.

You'll have to prove account ownership if you can't currently login. If you can, you can change the email address from the Options menu.

I did manage to log in to my main account. I'm using it right now. It won't allow me to change the e-mail because i have a server 1 US account on the new email (now deleted).

In regards to what the others have said:

-I was hoping this would count for support.
-The other account was on a different server but it still tells me i cannot move my S2 account to the mail that had the S1 account.

You need to use the Support link on the game page. It takes you to a form that mails the support team, then. The forums are general assistance but only the support team can provide specific account assistance.

Thank you for your post. I have already contacted the support team via the link on the game page. Awaiting their solution now.
