Legacy merge?

So... I was offered a merge with Legacy. I accept, but only under these terms:

1. Legacy merges into REAL, so that the 'super epic awesome' guild you mentioned will be REAL.

2. You give us all your cookies.

While I'm not privy to the exact wording of the merger proposition SIGNAL 20 sent to you, I'm pretty sure it was of a sincere and respectful nature. You have a really good group of people in your guild and we thought it would benefit both guilds were we to team up.

That you mock what ultimately amounts to a complement to your accomplishments as a guild by posting this is rather sad.

Nonetheless, our offer stands. We'd prefer to merge guilds, but we'd be happy to accept single members as well.

Legacy is welcome in REAL, every one of you. We, however, will remain in REAL.

I agree, the merger is a great idea, but we're not going anywhere.

I'm sorry that you see our guild as so insignificant that a sincere offer of a merger seems only a joke.

Nothing wrong with adding a bit of humor, ie the cookie half, to lighten the mood.

The offer still stands... Thank you all for your counter offer, but as we have said, you would need 33 open spots and we would be taking a cut in benefits, would not be the best choice for us. Again thanks anyway and good luck in our battle. (NO offense, your guild would award the most honor, nothing personal)

We're not all about guild bonuses and the like. REAL is about kicking back and having fun, we just happen to have fun by donating nearly all we have to the guild, so we've prospered.

Again, we're a community, first and foremost.
